Hello Russ,
I wanted to take a moment to commend Dale and his crew for the incredible job they have done so far with the home restoration. Every member of the crew has been incredibly professional and customer focused. You should be very proud of your business. Dale has been exceptionally great at communication and support. He instills a level of confidence in the crew that translates to the customer. Every step along the way Dale has been our family advocate for doing the job right and making things happen in a timely/safe way.

On Friday night Daisy came home to her generally completed and cleaned wing of the house. She has no idea how extensive the repair work was – which was our goal. Joni should be commended for the excellent job she did putting things back to as normal as possible. Joni made me feel immediately at ease with her ability to make things turn out right. She displays a balance of caring and confidence of a true professional. Daisy has commented several times about the cleaning of her area, the floors, and the professional job in general.

Words cannot adequately express what this means to Tony and I to have Daisy back and satisfied with an “unplanned remodel.” I know that there is still work ahead, but also know that you, Dale, and your crew have our deep gratitude for what you have done so far (nothing short of a miracle!) and look forward to finishing a job well done.

Please do not hesitate to use Tony and I as a reference in the future if that is useful in any way.

Warm Regards
– Jill
