My entire experience working with this company exceeded my expectations and the quality of the staff working for this company put me at ease during a time of distress. Rick, the project manager, was kind, very responsive and clear in his communication and worked with me to find a schedule for repairs that coordinated with my work schedule. Rick also coordinated with the insurance company adjustor and guided me through the process which was appreciated. He showed up at my place several times to check on progress and conveyed commitment to ensure everything was done well. The contractors Rick sent out for drywall repair and new insulation, new engineered wood floor, trim install and painting, and reinstallation of fixtures and appliances were all very friendly and professional and emphasized wanting to ensure the work met my needs. The resulting work left my home feeling and looking better than before the damage.
