After a very poor experience with another contractor, I engaged Willamette Restoration to repair my garage that had... been hit by a car. Within days, they had the framing back on the foundation pending permits, to minimize any further damage. Their project manager, Brett, was very responsive to any questions and concerns, and he kept me updated when there was any delay with permitting. When the garage door sub didn't show due to delay in getting parts, Brett was on top of that, working with them to get me a date for their work. Willamette's workers were professional and courteous, and all work done was up to expectations. Highly recommend.read more

I had a water insurance claim and I am extremely pleased we went with willamette. They worked with the insurance... company to get more money after the estimator kind of screwed us. They do extremely good work and I would honestly recommend them to just about anyone that’s looking to do a remodel or filing a claim for damage.
I work construction and I’ve seen first hand how some of these restoration companies cut corners but willamette is the real deal!
This is a completely unbiased review 6 months after the restoration was completed! Thanks again!read more

Was suggested that I used these people because they were great to work with. Well that they are great to work with,... their work isn't so great. Close to finishing the project some of the things they did were very questionable. Once the repairs were complete there were still some issues and asked them to come back and fix them. Some of those issues were resolved while half the others were not. very disappointed in the work they did because I am now having to go back and fix what they didn't correctly fix. Even though they said they would come back and fix it and make it right, my confidence in this company is just not there.read more

Byron and the rest of the team from Willamette Restoration could not have done a better job after our washing machine... flooded our house. They communicated clearly, were responsive to unexpected surprises in the walls, and helped talk through decisions that had to be made. The subcontractors were great, and in the one instance where they weren't, Byron quickly resolved the issue. The whole team did great work and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.read more

Willamette Restoration Services went above and beyond my highest expectations. They expanded the adjusters initial... scope to restore my home to conditions prior to the incident. They worked closely with adjuster to complete restoration with no effort by me. They did fantastic quality work and I can't recommend them enough!read more
